I’m looking to fix my rust on the Rally Van before winter, these guys seem to be my only source for prebent body panels: !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

Has anyone used them? Any experience/insight?

I really don’t want to “make” panels again and this will be the last time I fix rust, so I want to do it right.
I’m also debating whether I go full repaint or just repair the rust and respray the bottom....

I think the more important aspect is a proper repair with a generous dose of rust preventive measures on the inside . I’m sure those panels are fine.

Definitely looking to rust stop/epoxy prime everything inside before installing the new panels.

Those prices really aren’t as bad as I would have thought.

No experience with that particular company but previous experience with cheap aftermarket body panels is they were quite a bit thinner metal and starting rusting in a few years.

I’m assuming these are going to be similar but will be fine if you have appropriate expectations.

Never used them... but I noticed they make rockers and rear wheel arches for my Honda Fit.

look into weld thru primers and corrosion wax (or whatever they call it these days). Local body shop supply should have some latest greatest options...been so long I’m out of that loop.

I used 14 ga steel that I bent the old fashioned way to patch in/remove rust, 2 WI winters and their lovely salt brine, and that 14 ga is all but gone.

My plan is to get the panels and do as Monkey said while putting it together. Hoping to get another few years out of her.

Good luck.  Curious to hear back in a few years how it’s holding up.  Not familiar with the body shop options Monkey mentions.
